Mentor volunteers in the YSM Program commit to guiding and being a friend to a student for a period of at least one school year. The mentor works weekly one-to-one with the same student in the school setting providing personal and social/emotional support.

You can help a student feel connected and that they are not alone in their day to day challenges. So, ANYONE can help that has a desire to work with youth. You will connect with other mentors and your community.
You can be a positive encourager, friend and make a difference to 1 child.
